Story

Cora d'Zia was born in 2014 from Michele's dream ... Family-run restaurant, welcoming environment and our Motto is simplicity.


Ours is a simple cuisine  based on the genuineness, quality and freshness of local raw materials.


We specialize in appetizers and grilled meats.


Our cutting board now famous in the capital is made up of local meats and cheeses and many salty delicacies prepared by us.


The meat, on the other hand, is strictly cooked on the grill and cut in front of the customer who, thanks to the wide choice and the display case, can choose various cuts based on the maturation times, the bovine breed and the marbling.


Your dinner will be accompanied by a wide selection of wines, sparkling wines and draft beer and will end on a sweet note with our small patisserie.  


Cora d'Zia is a place that is always in the process of becoming dynamic and young, year after year, the desire to grow is always great in fact now we have included a young boy with a lot of experience and studies behind him within our staff for a breath of fresh air.
